Service your Furnace:

Keep the life of your system and have your heating equipment serviced and maintained. This will also ensure you catch any problems before the cold weather comes. Stay nice and cozy when the crisp fall weather arrives.

Clean your Drains:

Make sure your area and outdoor drains are clear so when the rain comes, you will have proper drainage.

Check Outside Lighting:

The days are getting shorter, and since we “fell back” on November 6th, we lost 1 more hour of daylight. Make sure your home is illuminated outside so when you come home in the evenings, your path is well-lit to safely and easily enter your home.
